Such an incredible, dedicated, invested guy! He has a true passion for wanting the best for our kids and helping guide them to be fully prepared for college! He LISTENS.. He's an advocate for his students.. He's supportive! Being surrounded by educators my entire life I KNOW the difference passionate, approachable, dedicated staff can make! He's more than a VP.. Jake IS GHHS!

Jake would be a great loss to GHHS! A true leader who understands the culture & community of the school. He is respected by the students and inspires them to be the best that they can be!

Mr. Gaeir is so dedicated to his job and the students at Granite. He shows each of them, personally, that he cares about them. I was a student there for 4 years and I know that I felt cared about by Mr. Gaeir. Even if it was just a simple exchange of a "hi" in the hallway. If there is anyone who deserves to stay and is truly needed by the students, it's Mr. Gaeir.

Class of 99; my daughter will be starting her first year at Granite Hills in the fall. I'm hoping Jake can stay and inspire her, just like Jake did for me.

I remember when this almost happened to my mom, Georgette Torres. The superintendent made the right decision, which was to keep her at Granite, and it seems to have worked out. That said, I understand the desire to move someone like Jake to Mount Miguel. He would make a huge impact on those kids. However, the Gaeir Family is different. They're pretty much Granite royalty. You can't remove a pillar, otherwise you risk jeopardizing the foundation.

I interviewed him as part of a school project regarding his goals for future eagles. He is truly an inspiration and he genuinely cares for all the eagles.

Jake has been the VP for all 5 of my kids. He remembers my 3 older boys & asks me about them. I would hate to see the last 2 lose him as their current VP. He's been a wonderful influence at Granite Hills!

Jake Gaeir plays a vital role in academia at Granite Hills High School. The students look up to him and he is highly respected. Taking Mr. Gaeir away from the students would result in apprehension to acceptance of his replacement and a lot of time and effort for his replacement to gain respect from the students and faculty.

I'm not sure what this is about but if it is not for the well being of Jake it is not good. Jake is pivotal to thousands of students success at Granite Hills High School. Every since he stepped in those hallways as a student he has had an impact on this school. For Mr. Geier to leave GHHS would be an absolute shame. One of the best school administrators ever. Brings a smile to the table everyday and is an important man in thousands of lives of students and parents included.

Jake is irreplaceable. Another choice must be made. Granite Hills should not suffer, so that another high school may improve.

Jake Gaeir is a major part of the Granite Hills community and should remain a part of t as he has for a very long time. Removing him would be a big mistake.
