The asynchronous Mondays have become a crucial part of the student body's well-being and overall mental health at Mendham Highschool.

-While we still have classes and get our assignments done, the pressure of logging into meets and having a set structure is taken off on these asynchronous days; we can get our assignments done whenever we want.

- Asynchronous Mondays give students a chance to do school with their classmates; something we could only do if we're in the same cohort.

- Multiple students have agreed with the idea that they get more sleep and therefore get their work done more efficiently during asynchronous days.

Overall, in order to keep student's well-being and mental health intact, we should keep asynchronous Mondays at Mendham Highschool.
