Socom Confrontation was probably the best shooter game i have ever played. I had so many memories playing it. It was a enjoyable game to play. Sony shouldn't have took Socom away.

Today makes one year since they shut the servers down for Confrontation. I'm going crazy and so is my sis AsianSensation97. Socom withdrawals..YES! Play BF3 just to play with friends. I dont like it, but like I said I am playing with friends. Sony, there was people playing this game, not just because the servers were shutting. But because we all loved this game. It was a part of our lives. We come home and start up Socom automatically. You took away something your customers loved. Thinking about your consumer base? Hell No! About money? WE WOULD PAY FOR PRIVATE SERVERS! So dont say its that either. You have loyal customers and this is what you do? How can a company that sells gaming consoles, for online entertainment, just shut down a game you know people loved! Wont play COD I'm a true Socom Fanatic! As for PS4, we may be gamers but we arent dumb! You closing pshome too sealed the deal. Its all about a ps4 isnt it. Which has no games anyone is interested in. Dont you get it! We are all Socom Fans to the end! Why cant you just make us happy? What really bites is we hear nothing from you Sony, you left us out in the cold, wondering why, with an empty piece of our lives gone. I miss my friends and other people I played with. Can't believe you shut down the servers to this game sony, shame on you. I haven't used the playstation network since. Probably should have had the new socom game out first before shutting down the server for this one.

So you're telling me I bought an online only game so you can shutdown the servers without providing a reasonable alternative that is remotely similar? Confrontation is a better game than socom 4 ever dreamed of being but because you wanted to slay the dragon you killed the peasants. I hope Sony gets torched.

I've been playing Confrontation ever since it came out and now I have nothing to play! I'm not buying a ps4, they can forget about that. And I was the one who bought 2 ps3 so that me and my wife could play against each other. Boy I'm gonna miss this game for sure
