You've seen it on the international news: International Primate Rescue South Africa confiscated 49 sickly and some near death, underfed, malnourished, parasite- and mite infected monkeys ranging from marmosets, cotton tops, golden hands, capuchins, spider monkeys, a Mona monkey, a white face capuchin and squirrel monkeys from a nursery near Krugersdorp South Africa, called Little Falls. They are in good care now with volunteers monitoring them around the clock. They are feeding the monkeys a special diet designed by a primate specialist, every two hours and there is a vet on standby. The owner of the monkeys are challenging the court order on Tuesday coming, if they go back to Little Falls that might mean their death warrant. Please do not send these monkeys back to their owner to suffer, if he didn't look after them the first time then he won't look after them this time. Having animals is a privilege not a right. All living things are sentient beings and deserve to be treated with kindness and respect
It would be a travesty of justice if ANY of these animals were returned to this facility, who has exploited them for far too long. As there was no official headcount previously, God only knows how many of these animals died before rescuers came to their aid.
These primates cannot speak for themselves and need humans to do so on their behalf. They need to be rehabilitated in decent conditions not be returned from where they have just been removed from near dead
Being the father for only one of them, I cannot believe how a human can be cruel to them. The owner do not have the right to own even a picture of them. If you can't take care of them rather leave them at people who are able to give them all the care and attention they require.
These animals CANNOT go back to that centre, they have been suffering there for YEARS, i personally reported them over 5 years ago. They are NOT qualified in the rehabilitation department, to them it is all about MONEY

The pure. Cruelty and neglect to these poor monkeys is a despicable display of proper ownership. These monkeys DO NOT DESERVE TO BE GIVEN BACK TO THE PEOPLE THAT NEGLECTED THEM!! Would you give a child back if they treated it this way?? NO
