I won't allow this my child. I've known him for 7 months and i can tell you that he is way too good of a student, every other student I've known has misbehaved way worse than him without facing actual consequences, and yes I'm in his host city. Honestly i believe this is personal.

They need to treat him like he's actually apart of the family. Maybe the host family can punish him for missing school but sending him straight home is overacting.

The fact this student has shown improvement in many fields proves that he is trying. He is only having difficulty with the second family, much like what many students in the past have dealt with. It's a common problem to have, family doesn't enjoy the student because he or she won't act the way they want. Don't send him home with only two months left, let the student finish his trip and give him thanks for actually trying to imporve
