Everyone makes mistakes. His club needs to help him to find a family and counselor he can be comfortable with. While i was on exchange I didn't get along with my first family and I was bullied in school. After 2 months they were threatening to send me home. I begged and pleaded otherwise, and my second family offered to take me in for a couple weeks. Those couple weeks turned into 8 amazing months. The family really is everything.

Gracias

What is happening to Manu is unfair, he deserves a less severe punishment.

Manuel is a great person to be around. He has been part of the exchange student family in District 2240 all year. While we understand that he made mistakes, sending him home with under 2 months left is very extreme. Manuel should be punished somehow if the district feels they need to, but this is not the way to do it.

I went on exchange to D2240 and I lived in intro. I am aware of the rotary's unfair accusations at times because I was subject to a few on my exchange. I hope that your friend is able to stay the full term. Good luck!
