As a long time resident of the Ninevah Community I feel strongly that the integrity and character of our community must be retained and respected by new neighbors.

Let's keep it small and keep the village the charming place we all know it as. Or was--time is short.

Don't ruin our village. I've been here since 1955.

Destroying communities for greed has to be stopped. Without legislation to prevent the building of mansions in small towns we will see the destruction of trees, wildlife and communities. These treasures will never return.

One day the community might receive a "historic district" designation. It would be a shame if it were destroyed before them.

I want to see the landscape and housing structures to remain as they have for the past 50 years. I do not want to see McMansions being built which will incur a greater tax burden on the families who have lived in the Sag Harbor Hills, Azurest and Ninevah neighborhoods for many, many years.

Developers prioritize profits and people prioritize community. They can peacefully co-exist at 4,000 square feet otherwise there will be push back. #justbecauseyoucandoesnotmeanyoushould

Please save the historic Sag Harbor neighborhoods of Sag Harbor Hills, Azurest and Ninevah. I beg of you not to ruin this longstanding community by allowing homes above 4000sq. ft. as it will ruin the integrity of this longstanding community.

This is important for all of Sag Harbor. We don't want our little village to lose its charm and character.

Who represents the present home owners in Sag Harbor? We are not subject to the incoming wave of abuse to this pristine environment by lawyers and companies looking to change it for their personal gain.
