Woodland Park Zoo is guilty of mistreating elephants by sending them to another zoo instead of to a sanctuary. A majority of Seattle citizens, elephant experts and city council want Chai and Bamboo to have a better life at a sanctuary but WPZ has sent them to a worse zoo.
