Who will care for the children if the school nurse is made redundant?

When my son moved to MCS in yr 7 I quickly became aquainted with the school nurse. She has always been there for my son she was fantastic when he broke his collar bone last year through a form of bullying! She cares for them all so well, she knows when they are really poorly and when they are just trying to avoid certain lessons and if anyone can get to the bottom of a problem she can! We need her to stay!!

Mrs Stevens was such a help and support to my daughter when she was at Magdalen and struggling with severe anxieties, and was there for her in a way that teaching staff wouldn't have the time for. She plays a very important role in school life and it would be criminal to lose her.

Mrs Stevens always helped my boys, who never really got on well at school. She has years of experience in knowing how to deal with the children and to take her away will be detrimental to the the childrens welfare
