do not put health at risk because of budget cuts, a nurse is an essential part of the school and its good to know there is someone there to care for our children .

I wouldn't have attended school if it wasn't for this wonderful lady. If you want childrens attendance to be on the rise, you need to consider the fact that you are taking away their support system.

The nurse is the only thing keeping this school going! she helps us when we aren't feeling well and even when we are a little upset.. Diabetics, Epileptics and people with ADHD need her to go to if they need medication or even worse comes to worse, they have a fit*****

The nursebisbthe only memberbofbstaff that has been there for me from the beginning, she was the one that convinced me to stay at the school when I most wanted to leave, she is the one that I want to turn to when I am in trouble, I feel most comfortable talking to her, so many people know that they can confide and trust in her yet the stupid and useless school want to take that away from everyone, life will be so much less without the nurse!!! She has done so much for me and I want her to stay

Making a School nurse redundant is absolutely ridiculous. Accidents happen in life, whether at home, work or in school and the presence of someone with medical training is a must when the safety and lives of our children and grandchildren is paramount. We have had first hand experience of how good Nurse Stevens is, so whoever makes this decision needs to find savings elsewhere; even a member of staff.

The Nurse shouldn't leave. She has helped so many students since she started at school and some students wouldn't have made it through school without her. She is an incredible woman and the amount of people that come to her each day for help just shows how valuable she is! When I cut my head open she was so helpful and comforting when I was panicking, she calmed me down and immediately got hold of my mum and sent me straight down to the doctors to get me fixed up. She is so helpful and the school wouldn't be able to cope without her!

STUDENT-she shouldn't leave as she is one of the staff that actually cares for the students in the school,she puts 100% effort in to her job when some staff don't! She is a very nice and caring lady which doesn't desire to leave

When my son was at magdalen Mrs Stevens was there to listen, offer support and treat medically if needed. He has nothing but respect for her. Magdalen School will not be the same without her and they are depriving the children there now and in the future of this caring and im

Nurse Stevens has helped my son on many occasions during his long illness. It was a great comfort to him knowing that he could always go to her when he was unwell. On many occasions, her kindness and compasion literally helped him to stay in school. She is a very much needed, valuable member of staff.
