Cps is corrupt why else is it the only court room caseworkers are misleading and not show proof and the person who is fighting for the child can't have a jury or show evidence...also violates the constitution 4th amendment and 14th amendment..this is stealing children which is against the law....hell yeah I'm signing

This is absolutely ridiculous and completely uncalled for . This is a RUSE. There is no reason whatsoever to keep these children away from their caring and devoted and loving Mommy. This is doing damage to the children. They need to be reunited ASAP.

No way should these kids be in foster care hell, they are not and were not ever abused or neglected by their mother. This mother only broke her leg, why in the world would some idiot social worker insist that she go live in some assisted living faciilty for a short term disability? That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard, if any assisted living center accepted such a short term resident in the first place would be equally ridiculous.

I have dealt with the same court and the same caseworkers that this lady is having to deal with and they are all very corrupt. They will do anything to terminate parental rights and adopt the children out to strangers. Everyone involved in taking these children from their families needs to be shut down. I've seen this girl in court trying to get her babies back. I can tell you from my own experience there is some shady corruption going on in that DCFS office and in that court room.

Not having a GED does not give those people a right to take off with her children. Pike County DHS has gotten way out of hand.
