Oklahoma has officially withdrawn from ERIC after the recent legislative session. We are now transitioning our focus toward monitoring the implementation of local data management protocols to ensure compliance with our security standards.

Dear Oklahoma voters, as we have learned in the recent 2020 elections, voter fraud and irregularities occurred. Now many of our legislators in the state of Oklahoma have voted into law the option to centralize Oklahoma’s voting data to an out-of-state entity called ERIC (Electronic Registration Information Center.) If this statute is implemented our voting data will be submitted to a board of directors outside the state of Oklahoma. This has a huge potential for Internet hacking and outright political corruption.
Please sign the following petition and tell our Oklahoma legislators that we are not willing to turn over our voting integrity to any outside source!

We are approaching the one hundred signature threshold to present these findings to the House leadership. Please contact your local representative today to insist on an immediate review of the ERIC data sharing agreement.

I am very concerned that not only will all of our private information be shared with outside entities but it opens up illegal immigrants with driver’s licenses to be able to vote.
Please do not submit our voting data to a Board of Directors OUTSIDE of Oklahoma. We want real Oklahomans overseeing our voting data.
Apparently, if Oklahoma joins ERIC, the funds will come from revolving funds not appropriations.
ERIC does not clean voter rolls, ERIC inflates voter rolls. ERIC identifies and regularly sends curated lists of people that are eligible to vote but have not registered.
ERIC needs to be de-funded - Stop it before it starts. Already other states have signed up and have withdrawn from the system. We do not need this much voter information in one place.
Do not send voting information out of state

ERIC is a bad Deal for ALL Oklahomans! Just look to Wisconsin and Louisiana and ask them why they pulled out of ERIC! Time to do right by Oklahomans and truly keep our elections more secure!
