We the undersigned respectfully request that North Lincolnshire Council extend the consultation period to ensure this ‘Major Mineral Application’ is given the consideration it deserves. Many parish councils will not have the chance to respond to this as they will not have met between the application going in and the consultation period ending, furthermore, some parish councils close over the summer and as such will miss their chance to respond.

If you dont know enough to say that this whole process is safe then you must not pass the planning application. Check the Climate Change impacts .

Local people and councils must be given time to respond and to get their heads around the large amount of technical, legal and political information. That means delay until the autumn. The public is right to be concerned about not just fracking but also coal bed methane, underground coal gasification, acidization and 'squeezing'. All carry risks to environment, human and animal health, and climate. The Conservative Party has seen fit to change the definition of fracking and conventional /unconventional oil and gas extraction for the. Benefit of industry. This runs totally in the face of its commitments to climate change, and shows contempt for the views of communities.

We need to consider this application very seriously, we and local planning officers/local councillors etc need an appropriate length of time to assess the impact of this application. risks to the environment with traffic, water and soil pollution, waste management etc etc

There are. Huge risks involved to water supply. Unacceptable levels of traffic,noise and air pollution. Plus the amount of water needed,in this dry county and the contaminated water to
