I cannot believe this is happening to our aina. Why would you people, The State, allow an outsider invest and start a company when have had the Beach Boy Culture teaching surf culture at our beaches. They are local and they understand the dynamics of our aina. It’s more than making money, it’s about the surf culture here on the island. An outsider who wasn’t brought up or born here will never understand the true meaning of “Aloha” nor have that responsibility of home. This is our home and our people and the crooked state of Hawaii is not looking in the best interest of our culture of the aina. It’s about keeping tradition, culture and Aloha!

Why fix something that wasn't broken? Why take jobs away from local people that have been doing this all there lives. Waikiki is already so pilau, why not keep the little that there is.

Our Island strives off the tourism industry, so with that being said. Waikiki beach boys offer an authentic cultural experience, and surf is part of the Hawaiian history an our people; I’m sure tourist will feel the difference between authentic & fabricated Aloha.

Traditions that should not be removed for corporate gain. Let's have some common decency and show true Aloha! The best way to destroy a good thing, is to remove Aloha from the beach.

I do not believe they should change anything about The Beach Boys. These guys have a heritage that is way deeper and prolonged than any business trying to take them over. Please don’t let the beach boy culture die!!
