Tradition is everything in Hawaii, big companies are killing it for the small working class business owners , it just makes it even more difficult for working class people to survive.

Ive grown up from day one in Waikiki learning to surf. The atmosphere and the culture and just Waikiki all together wouldnt be the same without the Uncles giving me a smile while I pass by or “Hows it sistah?” Or the cheers and claps I get when I take off on a wave. They are meant to be there...dont let that change.
