More corruption in our local government manifesting itself in the loss of another longstanding local business. Lose money.

Pretty soon we won’t even have a Hawai’i because this is what they do they have money and then when the state just keep taking and making deals with people there going to forget what our people died for in the Overthrow and that’s our for HAWAIIANS rightful land. But no one really gives a crap right?

Waikiki beach means a lot to a lot of people. It’s one big family and always has been. It’s not right to allow the same person to run both stands, especially when they’re a dive company with no surf experience. They’re only interested in the money. Money isn’t as important as culture & tradition, which is what attracts people to Hawaii in the first place. If the city allows this they are selling out the Beachboys. The beach belongs to them, it’s not supposed to be corporate. The city is making a big mistake if they allow this. Hawaii is not the mainland, it’s special, keep it that way.
