It would be insulting to the beach boy community, and to Hawaii people in general, if this CLOWN is allowed to monopolize and destroy the beach boy industry. Not everything is about Money!

One company should not be allowed to have more then one stand! keep it more mom & pop instead of Monopolizing to the big companies & big bidders! I remember when Iaukea's lost 'the wall' boogie board stand to someone that has multiple stands, they couldn't compete after years of being there. Can't the regular people own something!!!, Doesn't always have to be the one with the most money does it?

These Beachboys made Waikiki what it is today. The City has no respect for their hard work and Aloha.

You have already killed a lot of the local charm in Waikiki, by turning it into a concert jungle… The tourist come to Hawaii to experience… the Aloha of local Hawaiians, and its beauty that it all has to offer…. Do you know how many tourist come up the Beach Boys and ask if they can have a picture taken with them… You will be shocked! Because they want something authentic, genuine from the Islands, and the Beach Boys offer that experience! You don’t see tourist taking pictures of people at hotels… why, because it’s not authentic, or genuine… it’s not the local Beach Boys… if you lose them, you will start to feel the economic impact to Hawaii’s tourism…. How long do you think it will take before tourist start saying there is somewhere else that can provide that same experience... Hawaii’s just another place, no local charm… we can save our money and go to Disney, they have the same fake set-up!!!!Wake-up Hawaii!!!

From one beach boy to the many others! Fight for what's yours, and keeping sending the aloha the way it was meant to be in Waikiki!

So inappropriate... you can’t walk around the beach with polo shirts, khakis, and shoes. Anyone who doesn’t respect and recognize the local culture shouldn’t be put in charge or given power. So sad!
