Don't let one special interest group further restrict water sports areas at Lake Havasu!

We ALL pay taxes...and those taxes support access to our public waterways. Stop this attempt at excluding those who financially support PUBLIC waterways or a class action lawsuit (which will certianly be won by tax paying citizens) will be in your immediate future.

Unnecessary laws, rules and restrictions are ruining this nation. This is a perfect example.

Lake Havasu should be open for everyone to enjoy water activities!

I have been wakeboarding/ wake skating at this spot since 2003 I am now 28 and have progressed to a competing level. That spot has made me the rider I am today. It's a safe place with beautiful water conditions to excel in water sport talent. This would be devastating to take away that area for up coming water sport talent.

This is a great spot to learn how to wake board. My family has been using that spot for many years. Everyone is respectful and cautious in that area. Because most of us have children that we are towing.

The removal of this section of lake/river left just a small area for skiers. As I observed last weekend I had to pull skiers thru a smaller more crowed area that created more safety hazards. This ski channel needs to be extended for the safety of all personnel on this lake.

Please Think about reopening the only safe spot to waterski on laka Havasu.

There are enough restrictions and no wake zones on the lake. Leave it be!

restrictions are devastating Lake Havasu. Surely there are plenty of areas fit for Kayaking on the Lake that are currently restricted.

You got it all wrong it's the kayakers who should stay out of this area This area is a small piece of water for wake-boarders and water skiers to perform safely.

Having this area closed over memorial day weekend really illustrated how important having a safe area for watersports really is. Trying to tow a skiier while being passed by 80+ mph boats is incredibly unsafe. Please allow us to continue enjoying this area as we used to.

it should have a buoy course there and I would pay to use it to insure flat water.

I would feel unsafe and at risk participating in water sports in other areas of the lake

On a lake as busy as L.H. it is important to have safe places for activities not only for swimmers and kayakers but also for water sports. The river mouth ride spot was an ideal location, one of the few, if not the best on the lake. There are many other areas of the lake designated to kayaking, swimming, or fishing. Save the river mouth ride spot!
