This new law will allow Maryann Hanleys killer to recieve parole after 31years in jail because he was 17 years old when he killed her where is her justice she was 11years old when her life was taken now the law says he has the right to a parole hearing after receiving life without parole this new law sucks what about my family that hasn't seen Maryann in 31years how does this happen please help us to make sure he never gets out
