This idea will only hurt Deep Ellum and local musicians. Keep the "parks" in uptown.

Not only will wit's end not be able to load bands in and out but we won't have a street for the garbage trucks to pick up our dumpster. This "idea" is detrimental to the entire neighborhood and will create a haven for panhandling and criminal activity

Deep ellum does not need to be a family place, it's our party place! Kids don't need to be in an area where our favorite bars are! A school doesn't even need to exist here! All this will do is attract more problems

Keep deep ellum weird. Go put some parking lots on Greenville if you really want something to do....or maybe work on better public transportation. I don't know? Just some ideas for a city that is over populated.

The Crowdus park is very inconvenient for the businesses and residents of Deep Ellum. This will also be hard for firetrucks, ambulances or police cars to get to certaim destinations fast should a permanent park be built. Thumbs down on this idea. Also, this is hard for bands to load in on certain venues on crowdus.

Deep Ellum is the only part of dallas that I truly love.. I think that "building parks" on or near Crowdus is and would be a terrible idea. Deep Ellum has already changed so much from what it used to be.. The world is constantly changing, leave Deep Ellum alone. Let Deep Ellum be what it is and what we all love. I guarantee that the people who are wanting to change this area and/or wanting to build a park on Crowdus street are people that don't even really hangout around Deep Ellum.. People that don't know exactly what that means to this part of town. Don't fix something that's not broken. NO PARKS. Simple. Leave it be.

Deep Ellum home, not to the homeless but to the crafty, witty family that has built it.
