This is a petition to preserve the young but meaningful Turner Field from extinction. Kicked-off with a boom in the '96 Olympics, this field has held countless number of unforgettable moments that may soon be lost with stadium that facilitated them. I remember my first Major Leauge game. Great game, Boston Red Sox and the Atlanta Braves. At the time I was young fan who actually jumped on the banwagon of the recent world champs at that time (Boston). But I was soon engulfed by the rich passion that Turner and its family possesed. The Braves lost that great game but I no longer could where my RedSox shirt as I then became a fan and family member of this great team. I can't see my Braves playing somewhere else other than their true home in the heart of the city. Yes, Money is the motivator for the move, which shows the petty values of those involved in making the decision to move. Don't let the Braves home be torn down.
