This petition will be going to Corpus Christi Tx Civil Court's. This petition is to stop animal control from killing Nitro my dog off 5 year's. Nitro is a family loving protecting dog. Nitro was defending my granddaughter when my granddaughter and her mother my daughter were arguing and screaming and yelling was going on. Then my daughter was going to hit my granddaughter and that's when the dog attacked her. My God and look this is were I'm at bc it's my dog my best friend and he's taken from me bc of them. I want my dog back even have someone else adopted him don't put him down for defending his family member in her house. Please help us get Nitro back we Miss him safe him.
