Mrs. Kearney is an excellent Principal. Her actions everyday show her dedication and passion in leading Somerville House and its community. She is a forward thinker , educator, unwavering from the rules, firm but fair . Please give her the same respect and treat her with fairness by conducting an independent evaluation. A little extra step to practice what you preach.

At the very least Flo must stay on for 2018 to allow a proper recruitment process to be implemented. Ideally she would stay for years to come.
