The department finally reversed the decision and Ayaat will be moving forward. It was a long and draining fight but we forced their hand. We should stay alert to ensure this kind of unfairness does not happen again.

هاد ظلم كبير بحق الطالبة وكلنا معارضين واخر توقعاتي كان يصير هالاشي .. بامكانكم وضع غرامة رغم انها شُخصت سلبي في حال كان هدفكم هو فرض قوانين صارمة .. اما ترسيب طالبة بمادة صعبة والقسط المترتب عليها هو الاعلى (والسبب واضح جدا ) فهاد تصرف غير لائق بسمعة الجامعة بحد ذاتها .. ارجو اعادة النظر .. وان ما أخذت حقها في الدنيا ف ربّ السماء موجود
This is unfair, she isolated herself from her family members who have covid, there’s no point to add pressure on her through such hard times
Don’t fail her . It’s unfair ! There’s no reason to fail her even if she tested positive even though she tested negative. That’s why people are scared to be honest if this is what happens
The university doesn't have any proof regarding the case and they still decided to fail the student, this is an unfair treatment and it's degrading the Ajman University.
Is that what she gets from being sick and getting the virus?! This poor girl is suffering mentally and physically right now and needs everyone’s support on her side. It’s not that she caught the virus on purpose or something. And after she was aware of her result she immediately told the uni because she’s responsible, on the other hand that’s the response she gets…
UNFAIR.
This attitude is not acceptable and not ethical to fail her If you kept treating the students like this with selfish they will move from this university to a better one

Failing a student for not attending on campus for a serious excuse “testing positive for COVID-19” Is such a shameful action.
