DON'T ERASE WOMEN-Open Letter to the Greek Parliament and Citizens of Greece on "Gender Identity" Proposed Legislation

MtT is not a woman but a man. FtT is not a man but a woman. Physical differences are real but gender ideologies are just based on our prejudices. Stop erasing women. Stop using Intersex for justifying Transgender.

I sign this in the best interest of women and girls everywhere.

Transgender ideology is Misogyny... and practicing Eugenics on children by having them medically castrated is absolutely unacceptable. This disgusting ideology is masquerading as progressive... don't be fooled. Our children deserve to have us critically think about this.

Woman means something.

Please don't prioritise gender over sex.

Please reconsider this proposed law and scrap it. If it becomes legal my friends and I will no longer travel to Greece on vacation.

This must be stopped and our rights protected as well as our safety. Protect women and children

As words, traditional and newly made up, ARE IMPORTANT - please understand: 1. "gender" IS sex. 2. Gender-ROLES are the societal imposition of expectations according to one's sex or gender. 3. trans cult has perverted the long-established understanding and use of the words/concept of gender and gender-ROLES meaning. 4. Women/Lesbians do NOT cede this. 5. "gay eugenics(sic) " is NOT Lesbian eugenics. By referring to it as such, it COMPLETELY renders invisible and erases the horrible practice of corrective rape, "therapeutic conversion"; "religious conversion" &/or "trans conversion" wrought upon LESBIANS - who are BY DEFINITION, FEMALE - which "gay" is NOT.

Please do not erase "woman" as a distinct protected characteristic by eliminating the basis on which such characteristic is determined. It is possible to accord rights to everyone who determines their self to be "transgender" without de-classifying "woman" as a consequence.

Women who have been raped can take years before they are ready to go out and take part in normal life. Gender self-id legislation means that no woman can try on clothes, go to a gym or get changed for swimming away from the erect penises of transwomen. A woman can encounter the man who raped her naked in the shower. This is anti-woman legislation.

I urge those responsible for any legislation regarding ‘gender identity’ to pause and consider why they are doing this; who will benefit and who will suffer.

As a member of the L in LGBT please don't think you are supporting human rights or lesbian and gay rights by supporting self -identification. There is much homophobia within this ideology and much sexism, as the petition illustrates. Please think about the consequences.

'Gender Identity' must not be confused with the real, and comparatively rare, condition of sex dysphoria, The former demands legal, medical, & social enforcement of gender stereotypes. This can only be physically, socially and politically damaging. Resist.
