We the people of Alameda County (and any other county) in order to form a more perfect union with the store owners, establish justice for store owners, and insure domestic tranquility between us and the store owners politely request you take down this dime tax. We the people can no longer tolerate persons pocketing money from us for using paper bags and fining the mom and pop stores that you so conveniently try to claim to be protecting from the Walmarts that can afford the fines of $300 or more. Take down this tax.
