If they want to save money cancel the courses that haven't started yet, not the ones the kids are 1/2 way through. Let these finish the course and get the qualification they have worked hard for.

It does not sound fair to stop a course (or move it to a far away location ) midway - why not wait a year and let the current cohort of students complete first?
