Please do not cut Illinois Medicaid! As an employee of a great nursing home, we try to provide the best quality care and home life for our residents. This will be a huge hindrance to that goal. Our residents deserve better! Please reconsider!!

It is unconscionable and morally bankrupt for a government to target the old and infirm in the name of a balanced budget. PLEASE DO NOT make this cuts to Medicaid and jeopardize the health and well being of our senior citizens.

As a healthcare provider in Illinois, I am saddened daily by those who do not qualify for private pay services and need state assistance. This program is VITAL to providing care for young and old alike. Those under served will grow, leading to higher poverty rates and even greater mortality.

We the people need the medicaid especially now that Obama care is in effect. I know my husband and I both working for minimum wage can not afford healthcare.
