you can't strip us of our nationality ,then give all the authority to one person to decide when one will be cleared to get there,some issues need emergency actions so a uganda on there death bed will be able to wait for the minister to make up there mind it's only going to increase corruption the president says to be fighting

Needs a lot of review to be operational. 400M is not even enough for good residential house. Uganda heavily depends on foreign inflows and foreign grants.
