I love this place. I've seen too much of the best of London getting wiped out in the last few years. Bonnington Cafe Forever.

I was part of the group that started the cafe in 1981 and lived for a time upstairs. The place has been so central to the community and area around it - it would be a great loss if it closed.

A Place like The Bonnington Cafe make London unique, despite the sad time around the world, mundo, mondo! Even Mr. Sadiq Khan is going to disappointed and surprise with such non sense news!

O no no no! Please don't close it down! All along the waterfront, the life has been sucked out of Vauxhall, please don't kill this beautiful, alive place!

This was a highlight of my visit to London. My friend who lives in London made a point of taking me to this special little restaurant as she knew it would be a hit with me.

I would be so sad if Bonnington Cafe closed down, it's my favourite place in London. My husband and I have been coming for our birthdays with our friends for the last 6 years, it's a cherished tradition. We love you!

One of my favourite places to eat and one that retains a rare vestige of something we used to call 'community'. Presumably whoever is thinking of closing it is intending over priced residential properties instead? Or maybe a branch of Foxtons?
