Don't close Bonnington Centre and Cafe!

please preserve this lovely place which in unique and represents what is rare to find

Community spirit is vitally important in our society.. The Bonnington Cafe is an integral part of bringing together many individuals that share common values and care about our environment and our beautiful species.. Veganism is increasingly popular these day and is gaining great momentum.. Closing the Bonnington Cafe is not the right response to a growing trend.. I urge the committee to retract its decision to close Bonnington Cafe..

Save Bonnington Centre!

The Bonnington Cafe and Centre have been a place where I have eaten and also performed and shared my talents as a singer and songwriter with the local community. This is a very special place and deserves to remain in its present condition

Thinking of you Bonnington Cafe. I always enjoyed my delicious meals here and have recommended you to many friends.

It's the only place I am happy to go with non meat eating friends. Great place, brings huge value to the community, and would be a big loss to the area. Great example of community action creating something everyone benefits from. Vauxhall would be worse without it - i can't take a date to the roman baths again

Such a lovely place. I'm always suggesting it to friends and family and everyone has come back and told me how much they enjoyed eating here. London needs more places like this. It would be such a shame to close it

Brilliant community cafe and ethos, we cannot lose this gem.

The closure of Bonnington Café would be devastating. The idea of having a different chef on duty on each day is brilliant. The food is healthy, tasty & affordable. I am going to eat there tomorrow my daughter & a friend. I really don't want it to be my last ever visit.

Don't do it. A nurturing place that should be nurtured right back.

In London we need the Bonnington Cafe and more places like it, not less.

The Bonnington Cafe is in itself an institution and a community hotspot where people can sit, eat and relax and come together. Our societies today are breaking down because we are losing impirtant community soacrs like thrse where people xan come tigether. Our aging population is seeing more people living alone than ever before..creating an ever more urgent need for places where local communities can come together. It is a sad fact that as people age... they can suffer from loneliness and Depression and other illnesses set in. Keeping communities alive through eztablished vebues like this is so important. Please keep the bonnington cafe open foe business.

I have only recently started going to the cafe and it’s wonderful. It’s truly an original, inclusive, community led place. The heart of its community. It’s the kind of place we need to cherish and celebrate, as we see them less and less. Don’t let this closure happen!

Why should this wonderful place shut? To be replaced by a chain? Independent cafes are so rare and special and this is one of the best!
