I worked at the Bonnington cafe in the late 90's, it is an amazing place and would be a huge loss to the community. I have many fond memories of my time there.

Nooooo, please don't close. This place is a legend, a haven, a model and somewhere I send people to see and connect with. The world will be a poorer place with out this oasis of community and difference.

Instead of thinking about closing this cafe you should be considering how to cherish its unique character and celebrate its very important role in the local and wider community. Give it some certainty in these uncertain times. If any of the members of the committee have any vested interests and conflict of interest they should declare them.
