Let' keep the Community residential for everyone's sake, not just the children.

This area is already is already too contested with the roads we have. The zoning law change will negatively impact the integrity of the neighborhood

Please compromise so that a residential neighborhood is not affected.

I strongly oppose the plan to remove the existing residence at 25 Lambert St. & combine that property with 154 Mineola Ave. & propose a retail building. It will destroy our quite and safe residential community and bring down the house value.

This would negatively impact the very character of Roslyn Heights . I live in RH because of its quaintness. The level of traffic on Mineola Boulevard is already dangerously high . This would just contribute to it . This should not be allowed. Sylvia Zori 54 Peachtree Lane Roslyn Heights

I moved to this town for the happiness of my family and safety of the neighborhood. Please don't change it!

Nobody stops at any stop signs, especially during rush hour as they are all trying to speed home and avoid mineola avenue traffic.

Extending a commercial building into a residential neighborhood is a bad idea because it changes the character of the neighborhood and causes increased traffic and noise.

We don't need retail stores near our homes. Let's keep our area looking like the suburbs.

I do not wish any zone changes in Roslyn Heights. Comercial properties in residential areas will endanger our kids and destroy our family values. I am strongly against zone changes.

I have three young children and this change in zoning would impede my ability to raise children who want to play outside safely. I moved to Roslyn because it is beautiful,quiet and a place to raise a family. I want to keep Roslyn Residential. No to a change in zoning laws.

I would be very much against opening the community up to commercial use. It may start off as a low key elegant shop and end up as an all night deli.
