The RBS branch (including the cash machine) will be closing on the 28th of April. This was done without any consultation with students or the university.
Sign the petition and call on the University to ensure the following;
1. Students still have financial services and advice on campus
2. Two free cash machines in a central campus location
I have been spending my nights reading through your stories about how much we rely on these machines between classes. My inbox is full of messages from students who feel ignored by the university administration. I am currently working on a formal letter to deliver to the board regarding our requirements for campus banking.

Seeing the count climb this quickly proves how much this loss impacts our daily lives on campus. We need a final surge to break through the hundred signature mark before I take our demands to the administration office.

I really rely on that branch for my student banking. Its not fair to just spring this on us with no warning. Stop the closure.

This is ridiculous. How are we supposed to get cash now? Not everyone wants to walk all the way into town just to find a machine that isnt broken.

The uni really dropped the ball on this one. Talk to us first before making changes that effect our lives!
