This issue has gone on too long. I expect both the network and providers to work out a proper sharing arrangement. Instead of fixed costs how about paying Altitude for the measured audience that gets delivered with extra commercial slots going to one party or another to make up for differences.

Altitude - you are in a negotiation. You have no agreement. You have conflicts with more than one provider. You are partially responsible and probably mostly responsible. I have agreements of my own that I made prior to the expiration of your agreement. So you are defacto in default as far as I'm concerned. It's arrogant of you to suggest I'm going to add another expensive subscription soley to watch the Nuggets and Avalanche. I can't attend games and I cannot see your teams on tv. So why would I invest my time and passions with a lousy partner like you? With the financial and lifestyle restraints of Covid, I would think you would try a little harder to bring much needed entertainment to more people. Or are you on the verge of bankruptcy?
