Given safety concerns and the fact that we are paying for a pool that is not open and even when it does open, will still have safety issues and require social distancing we should be allowed to do what we want on our own property

the children have been inside for months. they deserve to have some fun this summer. an exception for their mental well-being should take precedence over aesthetics.

With the unusual circumstances of 2020 so far, I think it is acceptable to have temporary solutions put in place for this Summer so that children can have fun while socially distancing when it is hot outside (while at the same time maintaining the sanity of their parent(s).) Sometimes in life exceptions are needed, especially when there was not anything to predict this extreme situation occurring.

Exception for summer 2020 - everyone should be allowed to put one of these in their backyard. Even if you open the pool, everyone may not feel comfortable going.

For this summer only, above ground pools should be allowed. If the association does not meet their obligation to provide us access to the pool, our families should have an alternative. Our children deserve a fun safe summer having access to a pool in their own backyard.

These are unprecedented times and families are under a lot of stress being stuck at home for so long. HOA should be a little more flexible this summer.

Allow homeowners to have their own pools, this is our properties, our rights.

I believe a backyard pool exception for this summer only is fair given the pandemic and inability for Ashbury residents to fully utilize the community pool. This seems the most fair option for the children of Ashbury to enjoy their summer swimming.

Please give exception to families in Ashbury during the summer 2020 COVID-19 crisis who are not comfortable using our public pool.
Need temporary pool.
I agree with a temporary pool for the kids.
