Stephen Kiprotich, from his small, very modest compound-less residence in Kapchorwa brings Olympic Gold to Uganda after 40 years. Unfortunately, the tax laws in Uganda do grant him a tax exemption on his tax money. For a government that hasn't sowed a seed in this mans success, except for the blood that runs in his veins, it is unfair to want to reap from it. That's what this petition is about, to compel the government of this great country to exempt Kiprotich from tax. If not for anything else, to be true to their "bona bagagawale" agenda.
