Yep, he was caught driving under the influence whilst still on a four year probation for a similar offence - but come on it\'s Kiefer, he\'s no Lyndsay Lohan or Paris Hilton. He can handle his liqueur! He does not deserve to be sent down or to be made an example of, the man is a legend. And for all the 24 fans in world, PLEASE DO NOT SEND HIM TO JAIL!!! He could probably handle prison but what about 24 It\'s already been delayed and if he is put in mandatory for (possibly up to a year - noooooooooo!) we will have to wait even longer. The world would be a worse place with out him in it, even if it is just for a few days. I\'m sure some sort of community service would be a lot more suitable, plus he has already pleaded guilty.
