Donators on LiveandBuild 1.0 Should Keep Their Ranks Forever

I've been with this server for oh, about 6 damn years. Now you are telling me that I have to "pay monthly" not everybody is damn rich. I don't have the money for that. Not only will the server lose popularity, but it will lose respect. In the past I have donated a crap ton of money to a server that was once, a long time ago, good. I agree with Kris, when we bought our ranks, it said "Lifetime", now you are just stealing our money. I worked for that money that you have now taken from me. Obviously, I'm pissed off as hell. This whole idea is pretty Fucking dumb. That rank is basically our money and for striker to just take it away is basically him taking our money. If he is making lab again then I should have my rank, if i didn't then it's technically not lab. Also, the whole idea on renewing the membership is dumb too, because when I bought my rank, it said lifetime, not monthly. Anyways, just make it a choice, If a person wants no rank so be it, have a ticket or Something, but most of us want the rank that we paid for. Oh well that's my thoughts. -Kris

I did not realize that our ultimate membership would be temporary. I have high respect for this server for I have found it to be very enjoyable especially with the LAB community. Though I have to say that since we did pay for the memberships once, some sort of compensation would be appropriate. Now if I go back to user I won't sweat it since its more challenging this way. Though I wouldn't pay for another membership. I understand strikers side since this is technically a new server, and I understand what the members think since they contributed once. At the least members that spent money on this server should at least get some kind of compensation. Thats why ill sign the petition to show support to the people of this server community.

I'm also fine with paying something like 20$ to refresh it, but I would certainly not do that for "Ultimate". Those perks you get are not worth the 70$ at all... 80x80 residences? seriously? I would certainly pay for the God rank again... (Not the whole 100$ though...) And I still think it's cheap to just say "It's another server, so pay again!"

Having to pay again for what I thought was a lifetime rank seems a bit cheap, but all in all, I don't know what it's like to keep a server up. I see where Brodie might be coming from, but I also don't want to pay for the same rank I already paid for before. ~Skystar99

I would really love to keep my membership for a 'lifetime' I think that seems fair, otherwise when we paid for it it was false advertising. But then again, I do totally understand where Brodie is coming from, building a server as great as LaB needs money, so I believe the only reason we need to pay again is to help it grow even more. I think a fair alternative would be to 'renew' our memberships for a smaller top up price. Maybe $20-$30 would be fair. There is no point fighting against having to pay, if we want to have LaB around for a lot longer we are going to have to contribute as we are a community in this together. -LauraM

I payed for legend for a "life time" and I think it's lame that because the server restarted the "lifetime" ended. I believe the word lifetime was used when purchasing my legend rank.

I love the way LaB was before it shut down, I bought the God rank, and I hope that we will get our actual ranks back, and that LaB will return to the way it was before it shut down!
