This petition is for the actor Dominic Monaghan, who played Merry in the Lord of The Rings trilogy. You see, while he was playing his part in the Fangorn Forest scenes, he learned startling information. Chunks of valuable forests the size of New York City are destroyed every day. Dominic Monaghan is the spokesperson for Project Last Stand, a project supporting grouos that are trying to preserve these natural wonders.
