Never heard of her? Well, Cyril is a young filipina designer who started out making lolita dresses and throughout the years she has widened her horizons and experimented on different j-fashion styles. She has been invited to other conventions such as PMX, Anime Expo and etc.

I have been sending these signatures over to the convention organizers to show them exactly how much interest there is in Cyril's work. It means so much to see people connecting with her vision for fashion because her designs deserve a stage at this event.

Her designs are literally the cutest thing ever!! Fanime really needs to step it up and invite her. I would die to see her dresses in person.
