Would you like Cyril Lumboy of Dolldelight to come to Fanime 2013? If so, do sign this petition so we could convince the staff of Fanime that she definitely deserves to have a fashion show or even a panel or maybe even both! 

Never heard of her? Well, Cyril is a young filipina designer who started out making lolita dresses and throughout the years she has widened her horizons and experimented on different j-fashion styles. She has been invited to other conventions such as PMX, Anime Expo and etc.
