It would be a random retail store literally in the middle of a rural area...less than 10 minutes away from 3 other Dollar Generals. Not everyone wants one in their backyard.

A commercial building of this type will destroy the scenic byway through Mt Ulla and change the historic landscape of this rural area. Not to mention there are numerous Dollar General stores within a 10 mile radius.
