The following petition is in support of encouraging the Jefferson City Public School System in Jefferson City, MO to begin developing a plan that would protect children who have either allergies, asthma, or who are afraid of dogs. The following petition provides signers with the opportunity to suggest how dogs are handled. Some supporters suggest limiting interaction between dogs and children to certain areas of the school (with parent approval) and others suggest the district eliminate dogs all together as part of staff.
