The man responsible for this needs to be prosecuted and be held financially responsible for the entirely of the cost of this dogs medical bills. There is no excuse to shoot a dog 3 times and leave it on the side of a road, slowly suffering. There is zero excuse and what he did was criminal and he needs to pay for what he has done. No animal deserves to suffer in this manner and to be dumped like trash.

The ex-owner should be forced to pay all the medical, the investigation, all the donations repaid, and the Wenatchee Valley humane Society back. Since there are no charges being filed
