This type of treatment towards animals should not be allowed. If the animal posed a problem, do the human thing and surrender it. There's no excuse for this type of behavior. We have the humane society here in Wenatchee and they are a no kill shelter. They will do anything in their power to help any animal in need. Justice needs to be served. My faith in humanity is dwindling.

He could’ve turned the dog over to the humane instead of leaving him to die. Not only one terrible shot but 3. Being the dog is still alive and made it proves justice was and is meant to be served

Why should attempted murder on a family pet be considered any different than attempted murder on a family member. He needs to do some jail time- like 20 years.
