Even if it was temporary until the City actually does something with it. Would not even cost much to put up two 25' iron fences. Compared to building one at Waterloo park where every residents in that area has a back yard already. Not to mention it will give citizens one more reason to come enjoy Down Town.

What I wouldn’t give to have a place to allow our babies to run off leash! I’m happy they are developing a dog park in Denison but what’s the point of one by Waterloo? All of the people who live there have yards. It will mostly be for visitors which is great but those of us that live here have a NEED! We desperately need a place and the pocket park would be PERFECT!!!

We really need this park. Even if it’s only temporary while the construction is going on. A little park will mean a lot to so many dog owners in the area. But I hope it’s permanent in down town
