I started this petition for a Language Arts project and this problem really hit me hard. Dogs and other animals shouldn't be abused or neglected. They are living things just like anyone else. They may be violent at times but that's for a reason. Something or someone would have to do something to make them violent. No dog or animal should be abused or neglected!!
