To commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Doctor Who, we want to encourage PEZ Candy Inc, USA to create an eleven dispenser Doctor Who PEZ collection. We can think of no better way to celebrate such an amazing milestone as to immortalize these characters with their very own dispensers. We also want to plea with any and all rights holders to allow the PEZ Candy Inc, USA the proper permissions necessary for this project to move forward. Thank you!
