This is the United States of America, no matter how those in power try to twist it's laws for their own gain. This man deserves to see the documents that sent him to prison. He is legally entitled. It would be an amazing sight to finally see our government do something that actually upheld the law.

This is a huge black stain on the American government and justice system which can be erased only with true justice instead of persecuting a non-violent Native American Medicine Man.

It is unacceptable that this petition , which dates from November 29, 2013 , has not yet been finalised .. Political leaders have changed .. it's time to end this petition in order to obtain through to get the "Complete" FBI files .. ! And of course to send it to all political leaders and to President Trump and Melania Trump ... !!!!

Leonard Peltier should not be in prison at all for the Native American rights he should be left free and that is what should be done follow the first commandment people or the First Amendment of the Constitution
