It is a necessity, we students use a lot of equipments and we certainly need a free or relatively cheap means of transport to move equipments and materials from place to place. The walk from student halls to the dockyard is ridiculous and off putting. Please we need such a service to make our student experience much more pleasurable.

The amount of times I had to carry my huge instruments and make multiple journeys to get everything I needed for a recording session - if we had this bus I could've done everything so much more quickly!

I have modules at the dock yard and spend an hour each day in walking alone!

We knew our splendid isolation would be shattered with the arrival of the business school, but even so, I can't see any reason why the current shuttle from Canterbury to liberty quays to medway campus can't be extended to the dockyard and back, maybe the dockyard trust might get suspicious and ask us all for passports lol but well done business lot for pushing an idea we didn't think about very much. Although the idea that it should stop at the library as well as the medway building? Come on, it's barely 100yards and we could all do with the exercise...

By the time we walk to the Dockyard from the last shuttle stop, we miss out on 5-10 mins of the lectures and seminars , this is interrupting with our studies and reflects upon our attendance figures because some lecturers do not let you in seminars and lectures after 5 minutes past the starting time !
